Who it is for
- Non-nationals who have been resident or employed in Dominica for at least five years
Requirements
- Completed application form (available at the Labour Division)
- Medical certificate stating good health and no communicable disease in the past three years
- Two character references from people who know the applicant in Dominica
- Financial statement from a banker or employer letter confirming employment
- Recent police record
- Marriage certificate (where relevant)
- Copies of work/resident permits held since arrival
- Cover letter requesting permanent residence (and sponsor letter if unemployed)
How to apply
- Collect the Permanent Residence Application Form from the Labour Division
- Assemble the supporting documents and pay the fee at Treasury
- Submit to the Ministry of National Security, Labour and Immigration; approval is at the Minister's discretion
