  • Marriage certificate (if applicable) and two testimonials
  • Current work/residence permit copy and passport bio-data pages
  • Application fee and EC$20 stamps; treasury receipt

How to apply

  • Submit the application and supporting documents to the Labour Division
  • Pay the EC$250 application fee at Treasury
  • On the Minister's approval, take the oath at the Registry and pay the EC$2,000 registration fee
