Important

This information is for general guidance only. Meeting the requirements does not guarantee your application will be approved.

The Comoros does not maintain a broad list of visa-exempt nationalities. In principle, nationals of any country can obtain a visa on arrival, and only limited exemptions exist for certain diplomatic, service and official passport holders under bilateral arrangements.

Eligibility to enter turns on holding a valid passport, meeting the basic entry conditions (return or onward travel and adequate means), and the purpose of the visit. Longer stays require a long-term visa and, where relevant, permission from the local immigration office.

Nationals subject to specific security or documentary checks should verify their position with a Comorian embassy in advance.
