Requirements

- Submit to the Central African embassy/consulate for your country of residence (routed via the Ministry of Foreign Affairs)
- Print and sign the application; enclose Chronopost-insured return postage if applying by mail
- Pay by bank transfer (RIB) or cash at the embassy
- After arrival, apply for a residence permit if staying more than three months
