Central African missions require a valid passport, two identity photographs, and all supporting documents relevant to the visa and purpose of travel. For long-stay applications, applicants should expect to provide additional evidence matching the purpose of stay (for example employment, enrolment or a family relationship).

A yellow-fever vaccination certificate is generally required to enter the country and should be carried alongside the passport and visa.
