Requirements

  • Legal entry into Cambodia and a valid passport
  • A valid stay visa (typically the EB extension)
  • A physical examination / health certificate
  • A recent 4x6 cm photograph and, for employers, a patent tax certificate
  • Application filed within the annual window

How to apply

  • Register and apply online at fwcms.mlvt.gov.kh
  • Upload the required documents and pay the fee
  • Employers apply within the annual quota for the following year
  • Renew each year within the renewal window
