How Cambodian visa and permit fees are structured, and why you should confirm amounts on official portals.

Cambodian visa fees vary by type and length. The Tourist (Type T) e-Visa has been stated at US$30 under the fee policy in force from 1 January 2025, paid by card on the official portal with no separate processing fee. Ordinary (Type E) visas and their extensions of stay carry their own government fees, with the 12-month multiple-entry extension commonly cited at around US$180 when applied for directly at immigration.

Work permits and employment cards from the Ministry of Labour carry separate annual fees paid through the FWCMS system. Investor routes such as CM2H involve programme fees on top of the qualifying investment.

Because fees change and third-party agents add charges, always confirm the current government amount on the official portals before paying.
