Who it is for

  • All travellers entering Cambodia, regardless of visa type or nationality

How to apply

  • Complete the online declaration on the official e-Arrival service within 7 days before arrival
  • Provide passport, travel and health details
  • Present the submission confirmation on arrival alongside your visa

Requirements

  • Every traveller entering Cambodia must complete the e-Arrival form, including those who already hold a visa or e-Visa.
  • The single digital form replaces the former separate paper Immigration, Health and Customs declarations, and can also cover the Electronic Visa on Arrival.
  • Submit online within 7 days before your arrival date; you cannot submit earlier than this window.
  • A valid passport is needed to complete the form, and your travel and accommodation details must be known at the time of submission.
  • Completing e-Arrival does not by itself grant entry or a visa — you still need the correct visa for your purpose of travel unless exempt.

Documents you may need

  • Passport valid for your trip (used to complete the form and shown at the border).
  • Your inbound flight number or details of the land/sea crossing you will use.
  • Address of your accommodation or host in Cambodia.
  • Details needed for the customs declaration if you are carrying goods that must be declared.
  • Your visa or e-Visa reference, if you already hold one.

Frequently asked questions

  • Yes. The e-Arrival form is required for all travellers entering Cambodia, even if you already hold a visa or e-Visa. It covers the immigration, health and customs declarations rather than replacing your visa.
