- Valid passport with entry visa or entry stamp.
- Criminal record certificate (origin country and Cabo Verde), translated and legalised.
- Medical certificate and international vaccination certificate.
- Two recent passport-type colour photos and a tax identification number.
Frequently asked questions
They overlap but are not identical. A general investment or economic-activity residence is a temporary authorization, while the property-based Green Card (from EUR 80,000, funds from abroad, handled via the e-Residencia portal) grants permanent residence renewable every five years.
