  • Criminal record certificate from country of origin, translated to Portuguese and legalised

  • Property purchase deed or promise-of-purchase agreement
  • Bank declaration confirming transfer of capital from abroad
  • Property registry certificate and property enrolment (matriz) certificate
  • Construction contract if the property is under development
