Who it is for

  • Non-citizens resident for at least ten years in aggregate
  • Applicants continuously resident for the twelve months before applying

Requirements

  • Completed Form L and two colour passport photographs
  • Certified copies of residence permits covering the 10-year aggregate
  • Police report form
  • Certified birth certificate and passport
  • Marriage certificate, if applicable
  • CV, educational qualifications and proof of income source
  • Category-specific documents for employees, students, investors and dependants

How to apply

  • Submit Form L with supporting documents at a Regional/District Immigration Office or mission abroad
  • Undergo the assessment and interview process
