Requirements
- Legalised marriage certificate or judicial recognition of a common-law union, or civil-registry certification of a marriage in Bolivia
- Copy of the Bolivian ID (cédula) or foreign identity card / proof of regular status of the relative
- Valid passport
- Police/criminal background certificates as required
- Sworn residence application form and recent photograph
