- Recognised refugees meeting the rooting requirements
- Former diplomatic, consular or international-organisation officials after qualifying service
Requirements
- Valid passport or MERCOSUR travel document
- Argentine criminal record certificate (ages 16+)
- Foreign criminal clearance from countries where resident over 1 year in the last 3 years (ages 16+)
- Proof of address and regular income/subsistence
- For arraigo: proof of the qualifying temporary residence period and continued presence (e.g. no absence beyond 6 consecutive months)
- For family link: birth certificate and the Argentine relative's ID
