How to apply
Apply to the Department of Migration and Citizenship Registration (OMiOG) of the district or city internal-affairs department where you will reside.
Submit the completed application in 2 copies together with your passport (or travel document for stateless persons) and the supporting documents, and pay the required state fee.
If approved, the residence permit is issued for 5 years, but not beyond the expiry of your national passport, and can be renewed.

- Civil-status documents where relevant (marriage, birth, death certificates)
