Requirements

  • Apply through the Turkish consular office in the country of your residence or nationality.
  • A passport or travel document valid for at least 60 days beyond your intended stay.
  • A completed and signed visa application form for the relevant visa category.
  • Supporting documents appropriate to the purpose of travel (for example an employer or invitation letter for work or business visas).

How to apply

Long-stay and purpose-specific visas (such as work, study, family or long-term visits) are applied for at a Turkish Embassy or Consulate rather than online.

Begin any required online pre-application, then submit your signed application form, passport and original supporting documents to the consular office serving your place of residence or nationality. The mission reviews the application and, for categories such as work, coordinates with the relevant authorities in Turkiye.
