How to apply
Complete the qualifying investment (for property, the purchase is finalised by notarial deed and registered), then submit the investor residence-permit application to the Ministry of Migration and Asylum with the ownership and payment evidence, insurance and identity documents. The correct minimum threshold depends on the location and type of the property.
