Who it is for
Spouses, partners, children and other qualifying dependants of a person residing in or a national of São Tomé and Príncipe.
Requirements
- Valid passport (PDF) with validity exceeding one year
- Evidence of the family relationship (e.g. marriage or birth certificates)
- Criminal record certificate
- Proof of adequate accommodation
- Proof of means of subsistence
