  • A tourist confirmation/voucher from a Russian tour operator registered with the MFA.
  • A passport photo and, where applicable, medical insurance.

  • Book a tour or accommodation through a registered Russian tour operator and obtain the tourist confirmation and voucher.
  • Complete the official electronic visa application form.
  • Submit passport, photo and documents to a Russian consulate or visa centre and pay the fee.
