Requirements

  • A passport with a minimum of 6 months' validity remaining.
  • An invitation letter from the inviting company in Nigeria.
  • The CAC (Corporate Affairs Commission) certificate of the inviting company.
  • Evidence of a return ticket.
  • A hotel reservation or confirmed host address in Nigeria.
  • No employment is permitted — the visa covers meetings, conferences, seminars, training, contract negotiation, marketing, sales, procurement of Nigerian goods/services, trade fairs and job interviews only.

How to apply

Request an official invitation letter from your Nigerian host company.

Submit your application online via the e-Visa platform.

Upload the required documents and pay the applicable fee.

Await the decision; if approved you receive a visa approval confirmation.

Group applications for up to 10 persons can be submitted together.
