Requirements

  • A passport with a minimum of 6 months' validity remaining.
  • Documented investment of at least USD 250,000 in Nigeria.
  • A letter of verification/confirmation of the investment from the Nigerian Investment Promotion Commission (NIPC).
  • An invitation letter from the inviting company plus its CAC certificate.
  • Evidence of a return ticket and a hotel reservation or host address in Nigeria.
  • No employment is permitted — granted for business negotiations, seminars, marketing and similar activities only.

How to apply

Obtain verification of your investment from the NIPC confirming at least USD 250,000 invested in Nigeria.

Secure the invitation letter and CAC certificate from the inviting company.

Apply online through the e-Visa portal.

Upload all required documents and pay the fee.

Await the decision; if approved you receive a visa approval confirmation.
