Who it is for
- Foreign nationals travelling to the Maldives for tourism or leisure
- Travellers of any nationality (subject to the Israeli-passport restriction from 15 April 2025)
Requirements
- Passport or travel document with a Machine Readable Zone (MRZ) valid for at least 1 month
- Confirmed onward/return journey tickets
- Prepaid, confirmed booking at a registered facility (or a pre-approved sponsorship)
- Sufficient funds to cover the stay
- Completed Traveller Declaration submitted via IMUGA within 96 hours before arrival
- Yellow fever vaccination certificate if arriving from an endemic area
- Children must hold their own passports

- Complete the Traveller Declaration on the IMUGA portal up to 96 hours before arrival
- Present a valid passport, confirmed accommodation and return tickets at the port of entry
