Requirements

  • Hold the nationality of another GCC member state - Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Bahrain or Oman
  • Carry a valid GCC national ID card or a valid passport as proof of citizenship
  • The travel document must be current - expired or damaged ID cards may not be accepted at the border

How to apply

  • No visa application is required and no fee is charged
  • Present your GCC national ID card or passport to immigration at the Kuwaiti port of entry
  • Where e-Gate facilities are available to GCC nationals, entry can be completed at the automated gate
