Requirements
- Applicants from non-exempt nationalities under the Residency and Foreigners Affairs Law must have legally resided in Jordan for 10 years
- Wives of Jordanian men are eligible regardless of their length of previous residence in the country
Documents you may need
- A bank certificate valued at 20,000 JD if you do not hold a registration deed of a residential apartment in your name
- Or a bank certificate worth 10,000 JD plus a registration deed of a residential apartment in your name (except for wives of Jordanian men)
- For family members of the five-year resident: copies of their passports, the residency permit of the head of household, and the recommendation of the Residency and Borders department
