Requirements

  • Employment contract complying with Fiji labour laws
  • Completed Terms and Conditions, Consent and Declaration form and Medical form
  • Valid passport covering the duration of the permit
  • Evidence the employee understands and has signed the contract
  • Employer justification where required for the role

  • Apply to extend an existing work permit where eligible

How to apply

  • Register and apply through the IMMIHUB portal at immihub.immigration.gov.fj
  • Submit the employer and employee documents and pay the applicable fee
  • Obtain the approval letter before travelling to Fiji
