Requirements

  • Proof of legal marriage to a Fijian citizen
  • Valid passport
  • Police reports for the applicant and spouse where they have lived in a country for 12 months or more in the last 10 years
  • Lawful presence in Fiji for the required qualifying period for citizenship by registration
