Requirements

  • Sponsor has resided legally in Cyprus for at least two years
  • Proof of the family relationship
  • An entry permit obtained for the family member before travel
  • Supporting documents on accommodation, resources and insurance as required
  • Biometric data provided on registration

  • Family members can enter and reside in Cyprus with the sponsor
  • Residence and, where applicable, employment permits can be sought within the family reunification scope

How to apply

  • Apply for the entry permit before the family member travels
  • Submit the application only at the Migration Department headquarters in Nicosia
  • Provide relationship, accommodation and financial evidence, and complete biometrics
