- Foreigners enrolled at a Chilean educational establishment recognised by the State
Requirements
- Valid passport (at least one year's validity for applications from abroad)
- Regular-student certificate (Certificado de Alumno Regular) or enrolment certificate (Certificado de Matrícula)
- Proof of income or means of support (bank deposits, remittances, or a notarised affidavit of support)
- Criminal-record certificate for applicants aged 18 and over
How to apply
- Apply from outside Chile through SERMIG's digital procedures portal
- Log in with ClaveÚnica or an account you create and select the students subcategory
- Upload your enrolment certificate and proof of funds
