Requirements
- Valid passport with at least one year's validity from the application date
- Criminal-record certificate under 60 days old for applicants aged 18 and over
- Colour photo with a white background and neutral expression
- Sponsorship letter from INVESTCHILE
- Investment details document specifying the purpose and amount
- For established companies: SII business-activity and electronic tax-folder certificates and municipal tax proof

- Apply from outside Chile through SERMIG's digital procedures portal
- Log in with ClaveÚnica or a personal account and select the investor subcategory
- Upload the INVESTCHILE letter and investment documentation
