  • Executive, management and specialised technical staff of qualifying investor companies

Requirements

  • Valid passport with at least one year's validity from the application date
  • Criminal-record certificate under 60 days old for applicants aged 18 and over
  • Colour photo with a white background and neutral expression
  • Sponsorship letter from INVESTCHILE
  • Investment details document specifying the purpose and amount
  • For established companies: SII business-activity and electronic tax-folder certificates and municipal tax proof

How to apply

  • Apply from outside Chile through SERMIG's digital procedures portal
  • Log in with ClaveÚnica or a personal account and select the investor subcategory
  • Upload the INVESTCHILE letter and investment documentation
