How to apply
- Apply for the family reunification residence permit through the DEF e-Residência portal
Documents you may need
- Proof of family relationship (marriage certificate, birth certificates, or adoption records), translated and legalised.
- The sponsor's residence title (TRE) and proof of valid residence authorization.
- Proof of accommodation adequate for the family.
- Proof of means of subsistence.
- Two recent passport-type colour photos and valid travel documents for each family member.
- Criminal record certificate (for adult family members), health attestation, and international vaccination certificate.
