Requirements
- Copy of the job advertisement (not older than six months)
- Contract of employment and signed application letter
- Letter of offer or appointment letter and CV
- Certified educational certificates (foreign-language versions translated to English and verified by the Botswana Qualifications Authority)
- Certified copy of valid passport (biographic page) and two white-background passport photos
- Professional/regulatory clearance where applicable
- Investors: company registration, trade licence, bank statements, lease agreement, asset valuations and employee list
How to apply
- Download and complete the work permit application form
- Submit it with supporting documents to the nearest Labour Office
- Collect the permit after approval; lodge renewals six months before expiry
