Requirements
- Completed Forms 15 and 3
- Certified copy of valid passport and birth certificate
- Passport photograph
- Spouse route: marriage certificate and support letter from the citizen spouse
- Dependant/student route: sponsorship/support letter, admission letter and school fee receipts where applicable
- Immigrant route: covering letter and financial proof (bank statement)
