Who it is for

Requirements
- A confirmed employer who applies for the work permit
- Employment within the annual labour migration quota
- An ordinary entry visa issued for the purpose of labour activity
What you can do
- Work legally for the sponsoring employer for the permit period
- Apply for a temporary residence permit on the basis of holding a work permit
How to apply
- Employer applies to the State Migration Service for the work permit
- Obtain the ordinary single-entry visa for labour activity from a consulate
- Apply for a temporary residence permit after arrival where required
- Employer applies to extend the permit at least 30 days before it expires
