Requirements
- Evidence of the family relationship (e.g. marriage or relationship to a citizen/resident)
- A valid entry visa where required before applying
- Supporting documents required by the State Migration Service
How to apply
- Apply to the State Migration Service or an ASAN service centre on the family ground
- Provide proof of the qualifying relationship
- Apply to extend the permit at least 30 days before expiry
