Who it is for

  • Foreign nationals with at least four years of lawful, ordinary residence

Requirements

  • At least four years of continuous lawful residence (work permits following one another without interruption, where applicable)
  • Did not enter the country illegally and no disqualifying convictions
  • Intention to remain permanently
  • Valid passport and prescribed application form
