  • A yellow-fever vaccination certificate, required for entry to Angola.
  • A passport valid for the standard period with clear pages.

  • Yellow-fever vaccination card
  • One recent colour passport photograph
  • Photocopy of the ticket to the country of destination
  • Proof of the entry visa for the destination country (where applicable)
