  • Signed statement pledging to respect Angolan laws
  • Investor certificate
  • Proof of authorisation to import capital for the investment from the competent banking entity
  • Valid proxy/power of attorney (if applying as a representative)

How to apply

First have the investment proposal registered with the competent Angolan public-administration body under the Private Investment Law — the visa is granted on the basis of that registration.

Then submit the signed application, the letter of request, the authenticated criminal-record and medical certificates, the investor certificate and proof of authorised capital import to an Angolan diplomatic or consular mission, and pay the consular fee.
