Who it is for

Requirements
- Sponsor holds valid health insurance covering family members
- Sponsor demonstrates minimum income (official guidance: not less than one-third of the minimum wage per family member)
- Sponsor's criminal record shows no family-related crimes in the past five years
- Sponsor has at least one year of continuous residence in Türkiye
- Spouses must be over 18 and the marriage must not be solely for permit purposes
What you can do
- Reside in Türkiye as the family member of the sponsor
- Children may access schooling using the permit
- After a qualifying period, a spouse may be able to switch to a short-term residence permit in their own right
How to apply
- Create the application on the e-Residence (e-İkamet) system at e-ikamet.goc.gov.tr
- Provide proof of the family relationship and the sponsor's income and insurance
- Attend the appointment and await the decision of the Presidency of Migration Management
