Requirements

  • Application assessed by the International Labour Force Policy Advisory Board against Ministry-set criteria
  • Not being a foreigner under temporary protection in Türkiye

What you can do

  • Work in Türkiye with the rights of an indefinite work permit
  • Bring a spouse and dependent children, who receive a residence-permit document
  • Convert to an indefinite Turquoise Card after the three-year transition period

How to apply

  • Apply through the Ministry of Labour and Social Security
  • Submit evidence of qualifications, investment, or international standing
  • Await evaluation and the recommendation of the International Labour Force Policy Advisory Board
