Requirements
- Passport valid for at least 6 months
- Completed visa application form and a recent passport photograph
- Evidence of adequate finances (official guidance cites 20,000 Baht per person / 40,000 Baht per family)
- For employment: a letter of approval from the Ministry of Labour (employer submits Form WP3)
- Corporate documents of the Thai company (registration, licence, shareholder list, tax filings, VAT registration)

- Conduct business, attend meetings and conferences
- Apply to extend your stay to one year at the Immigration Bureau if you continue to qualify
How to apply
- Apply at a Royal Thai Embassy/Consulate or via the Thailand e-Visa system before travelling
- Enter Thailand within the visa validity
- Apply for a work permit at the Office of Foreign Workers Administration (or provincial employment office) before working
- Report your address every 90 days and extend the stay through Immigration as needed
