Requirements

- A letter from the foreign employer confirming the transfer to the South African entity
- Proof of the relationship between the foreign company and the South African branch/subsidiary/affiliate
- A skills-transfer plan for a South African citizen or permanent resident
- A written undertaking by the employer accepting responsibility for deportation costs, plus a police clearance certificate
