Requirements

  • A job offer from a Singapore employer who applies and pays the levy
  • A fixed monthly salary that meets the S Pass qualifying salary for the worker's age
  • Relevant qualifications and work experience assessed by MOM
  • The employer must have quota (dependency ratio ceiling) available

What you can do

  • Work in Singapore for the sponsoring employer
  • Apply for Dependant's Passes for eligible family members if the higher salary criteria are met

How to apply

  • The employer or an appointed agent submits the application to MOM
  • MOM assesses salary, qualifications and quota before issuing an In-Principle Approval
  • The pass is issued after the worker completes required formalities including any medical examination
