Requirements
- A job offer from a Singapore-based employer who submits the application
- A fixed monthly salary that meets or exceeds the EP qualifying salary for the candidate's age and sector
- Passing COMPASS, which awards points across criteria including salary, qualifications, firm-level diversity and local employment (some candidates may be exempt where salary is very high or the role is on a shortage list)

What you can do
- Work in Singapore for the sponsoring employer in the approved role
- Apply for Dependant's Passes / Long-Term Visit Passes for eligible family members if the salary criteria are met
- Renew the pass, subject to continuing to meet the salary and COMPASS requirements
How to apply
- The employer (or an appointed agent) submits the application to MOM online
- MOM assesses the salary and COMPASS score and issues an In-Principle Approval if successful
- The pass is issued once the candidate is in Singapore and completes any required formalities
