LTVP issuance fee not stated as a keyFact: ICA sources gave conflicting figures (a soft-launch S$40 per issuance vs a later S$60 LTP-card issuance fee, plus S$30 visa processing for visa-required nationals). Verify the current issuance fee on the ICA LTVP page before publishing a cost figure.
