How to apply

  • Apply at a Moldovan diplomatic mission or consular office for the relevant Type D sub-category
  • Choose the correct sub-type: Employment (D/AM), Study (D/AS), Entrepreneurial/investment (D/AI), Family reunification (D/VF), IT activities (D/IT), Religious/humanitarian (D/RU), Medical treatment (D/TR), Diplomatic/service (D/DS), Staff transfer (D/TP) or Internship (D/FT)
  • After entry, apply for a temporary residence permit at the General Inspectorate for Migration
  • Apply before your permitted stay expires
