Requirements

  • Passport valid for at least 6 months
  • Valid residence permit (RESIDENCE type only)
  • In-person biometric enrolment at the LIS centre in Monrovia

  • Attend the LIS enrolment centre in Monrovia for biometric capture
  • Await approval notification (issued after a few days)
  • Pay the card fee at GTBank once approved
  • Collect the card at the LIS centre; renew by repeating the process before expiry
