Requirements

How to apply
- Prepare the required documents
- Attend the LIS enrolment centre in Monrovia for biometric capture
- Await approval notification (issued after a few days)
- Pay the card fee at GTBank once approved
- Collect the card at the LIS centre; renew by repeating the process before expiry
