Requirements
- An approved Foreign Investment Certificate from the Investment Promotion Division
- Completed Investment Visa application form
- Two passport-size colour photographs and passport/travel document
- Medical certificate(s) if required
- Police certificate(s) if required (generally for stays of 24 months or longer)
How to apply
- First obtain a Foreign Investment Certificate from the Investment Promotion Division under the Foreign Investment Act 2018
- Complete the Investment Visa application form and attach the certificate
- Submit to the Immigration Division with the applicable fee
