Who it is for
- People with an assured income from sources outside Kenya (e.g. pension or annuity)

Requirements
- Completed and signed Form 25
- Cover letter to the Director General of Immigration Services
- Recent colour passport photo and copy of national passport bio-data page
- Proof of an assured annual income from external sources or pension/annuity remitted to Kenya
- Current immigration status documentation (if already in Kenya)
How to apply
- Apply online on the eFNS portal at fns.immigration.go.ke and upload the required documents
- Pay the processing fee and, on approval, the annual issuance fee
- Print the approved permit from eFNS and present it for endorsement
