Requirements
- Completed Form 25 (online) and Form 27 (Report on Employment)
- Two cover letters from the applicant/organisation to the Director of Immigration Services
- Copy of valid national passport bio-data page and two passport-sized colour photos
- Documentary proof of capital to be invested of USD 100,000
- Certificate of incorporation, Memorandum and Articles of Association
- CR12 (shareholding) certificate and PIN certificate copies
- Bank statement verification (new cases)
- Tax Compliance Certificate(s) from KRA
- Current immigration status documentation (if already in Kenya)
What you can do
- Own, run and manage the specific business named on the permit
- Apply for dependant passes for immediate family
- Renew the permit; time held counts toward permanent residence eligibility
How to apply
- Apply online on the eFNS portal at fns.immigration.go.ke and upload all documents
- Pay the processing fee and, on approval, the issuance fee
- Print the approved permit from eFNS and present it for endorsement
