Who it is for

  • Foreign nationals volunteering on a kibbutz or with a non-profit or charity.
  • People doing unpaid work for a recognised host organisation.

Requirements

  • A placement with an approved host organisation in Israel.
  • A valid passport and the documents required for the volunteer route.
  • The volunteering must be unpaid work of the type the permit allows.

What you can do

  • Carry out the approved volunteer placement for its duration.
  • You may not take up ordinary paid employment on this visa.

  • Apply for the B/4 visa with the organisation's support via PIBA / an Israeli mission.
  • Provide the required documents and comply with the placement's conditions.
