Requirements
- Employment or engagement with a specific Indian or foreign employer operating in India

- No simultaneous employment with more than one company
- Registration with the jurisdictional FRRO/FRO within 14 days of arrival where the visa exceeds 180 days

- Apply for extensions in India through the FRRO/FRO where permitted

- Provide employment contract/appointment details and supporting company documents
- After arrival, complete FRRO/FRO registration where the visa validity requires it
